2. SaaS Subscription Tiers

We provide both Free and Premium (Pro, Community, and Church) subscription packages. By purchasing a premium package, you agree to pay the monthly or annual recurring fees. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time within your dashboard settings.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the platform to:

  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with the client-side i18n translation systems or local storage databases.
  • Harvest or collect email addresses or other user metadata from the community leaderboards.
  • Reverse engineer or scrape the custom AI study assistant logic or scheduling engine.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. BibleStudyPlanner.com makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, completeness, or accuracy of the Bible translations, AI reflections, or group tracking functions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BibleStudyPlanner.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the platform.

6. Changes to Terms
